2016 Schedule for grades 12-9: The date of our JV game with Mahtomedi is incorrect. Our JV game against Mahtomedi this season is at STA on Saturday, September 17 at 10:00am.

Information from the Trainer

Summer Fitness Center hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., we will have a certified trainer on staff at all times.

• August 3 and 10, various times 
  Baseline Concussion Testing - required before season

• August 1-5 and August 8-12 
  Captains’ Practice in Gerry Brown Stadium, 5:00-7:00 p.m. for all dates.

• August 12 (9:00-11:00 a.m.) 
  Equipment Issue, grades 9-12
  9:00 - Seniors
  9:30 - Juniors
  10:00 - Sophomores
  10:30 - Freshmen

• August 15 
  First official day of Football, grades 9-12

Two-a-day Practice Schedule (15-26 August) 
MSHSL guidelines mandate that we have a certain amount of rest/down time between team meetings, walk-throughs and practices. Below is a list of times all players grades 9-12 must be at school for the start of our first team meeting or practice for the day as well as the last practice conclusion time for each day. Players are expected to provide their own food/snacks for in between practices and meetings. Any changes to 9th grade or B-Squad practice times will be communicated to all parents and players by Coach Maxwell and Coach Hernandez.

Week 1:

• Monday, August 15: First meeting: 11:30am.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Tuesday, August 16, First meeting: 1:00pm.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Wednesday, August 17, First meeting: 12:30pm. Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Thursday, August 18, First meeting: 1:00pm.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Friday, August 19, First Meeting: 12:30pm.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.

Week 2:

• Monday, August 22: First meeting: 12:30pm.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Tuesday, August 23: First meeting: 3:45pm.  Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Wednesday, August 24: First meeting: 12:30pm. Final practice end time: 7:30pm.
• Thursday, August 25: First meeting: 3:30pm.  Final practice end time: 6:00pm. **Picture night and parent social.
• Friday, August 26, Practice: 8:00-9:15am.  Done for the day after morning practice.

• August 27 (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) 
  Burnsville Scrimmage @ Burnsville

Volunteers Needed for the Season

Volunteers are needed for assistance with:

• pizza parties after home games, and/or
• pasta parties before away games (including donating cookies).
